11/04101/VAR- Variation of condition 3 on planning approval 11/01052/FUL- Canteldown, Houndhead/Dr and Mrs Kember.

11/03979/LBC- Convert into two dwellings to include new rooflights and porch and associated internal alterations including sealing up internal door (The Chapel, Broadhempston/Mr Dix)

To note the recent planning applications granted by TDC:

11/03879/VAR (Knowle Tree Nursery, Broadhempston/Mr R Fursdon)- Variation of condition 2 on planning application 11/00208/FUL to permit amendments to approved dwelling

Previous recommendation was that of objection due to over development and lack of parking.
