Broadhempston Neighbourhood Watch was formed in 1988 and was one of the first in the district. Sixteen Co-ordinators now service 215 houses in and around the village, each receiving telephone messages from the Police and being responsible for passing information to the houses in their immediate areas. Such information usually takes the form of warnings about suspicious activities in the area or a request to help find someone wanted by the Police. Luckily, our crime levels are extremely low but there are several things you can do to keep them that way. Keep doors and windows locked, especially at night and of course when you are away. To contact the Police, ring 999 for emergencies only Tel: 08705 777 444 for everything else If you would like to email neighbourhood watch or report suspicious activity or any other problem please click here and complete the form to email the local co-ordinator
